Anthony Rogers, Strategic Initiatives Coordinator for GuilfordWorks, appeared on the City of Greensboro’s, FYI Weekly with Carla Banks, to discuss the GuilfordWorks | Coursera initiative. The initiative was developed to help individuals who’ve either been laid off or furloughed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the interview, Anthony Rogers states:
“the cost for the typical course, without the (GuilfordWorks|Coursera) partnership is $400. And, there are… well over 200 universities and industry partners that have collaborated for the curriculum courses within Coursera.”
Just to remind you, GuilfordWorks has teamed up with Coursera to provide unemployed or furloughed jobseekers with job-relevant online learning, at no cost.*
