The Guilford County Workforce Development Board (WDB), through the City of Greensboro as its administrative entity, is soliciting contractors to provide the following service to the WDB for the period from July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2020

  • Serve as the One-Stop Operator for Guilford County, including management over the two NCWorks Career Centers.  This includes, but is not limited to:
    • coordinating partners and service delivery
    • ensuring  the  ongoing  participation,  support,  collaboration,  and  consensus-building  needed  for success among the primary  groups working at the Career Centers
    • providing functional supervision authority over the primary groups, as necessary, to ensure ongoing growth of unduplicated numbers of services provided
  • Bidders must have experience in successfully providing human or social services for the past two years
  • Proposals are due by 5:00 PM on Friday, March 15, 2019
  • An online Bidder’s Conference will be held March 1, 2019
  • This is open to public, private, and non-profit entities
  • The contracted amount is not-to-exceed $275,000
