Meet Our Board Members

Having served as Vice Chairperson of the GuilfordWorks Workforce Development Board since April 2021, Eva Ogden was named Board Chair in November 2023. On the Board, Ogden advocates for workforce development and champions diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and accessibility affairs.

Ogden is the Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor for Pinnacle Financial Partners. Over her 18-year banking history, she has held various positions in the banking industry, including Call Center Manager, Training Director, and Branch Manager.

Throughout her career, Ogden’s passion for DEI has extended further, providing numerous opportunities for advancement to diverse populations. She recently created a DEI Journey for the North Carolina Banker’s Association and implemented $1.1MM+ grant programs for Community Builder’s Coalition – Women in Motion, to target women’s workplace obstacles. And in their 2023 Leaders in Diversity issue, the Triad Business Journal also recognized her work in DEI.
