Meet Our Board Members

Tim’s twenty-five-year Human Resources (HR) career includes work in various business markets. Upon completing his MBA from Youngstown State University, he started his HR career in Cleveland, Ohio, with the Marconi Corporation.

Marconi is a world leader in telecommunications. Tim then spent fifteen years with Battelle Memorial Institute in Columbus, Ohio. Battelle is the world’s largest nonprofit research organization. While in Columbus, Tim was appointed Human Resources Program Advisory Board Member at Columbus State Community College. He also served seven years with the Big Brother/Big Sister organization.

In 2015, Tim moved to North Carolina to support his wife’s career. Since moving to Greensboro, Tim has worked with local firms such as Kao Specialties Americas in High Point and Registry Partners in Burlington. Tim also connected local students with industry through his work with Guilford Apprenticeship Partners. He is the Human Resources Senior Manager at Toyota Battery Manufacturing in Liberty, NC. Toyota’s first battery manufacturing location worldwide. He is a member of the Human Resources Management Association of Greensboro and the Central Carolina Human Resources Professionals Association.

Tim also served twenty-one years as an officer in the US Army on active duty and with the National Guard. He is a decorated combat veteran with service in Iraq.
