Tracy Sendrick is the Vice President of Talent, Leadership and Organization Effectiveness at Phase Chane Solutions, Inc., a global leader in the development and supply of phase change materials. In her previous roles, Tracy has served at Head of HR for Virginia Transformer Corporation and Ferguson Enterprises. Her experience in workforce development and human resources allows her to propel growth by establishing organizational structures, systems and processes that align with business visions and goals. Tracy aims to deliver principle-based solutions to attracting, developing and retaining talent through a combination of strategic and hands-on HR leadership.
