Basic Financial Literacy – September Workshop

Learn how to improve both written and verbal communication skills. Practice active listening, focus on nonverbal communication, and learn how to compose professional emails, professional phone calls, and voicemails.

Part of an ongoing effort to give job seekers the skills to get and retain a job, NCWorks in Guilford County is hosting a series of workshops during September. These workshops focus on Career Readiness and Building Bridges.
Live instructor-led virtual classes to help job seekers understand how to create a budget, learn the difference between “wants” and “needs” as well as discuss various money-saving techniques.
