Dr. Elma Hairston is the founder and managing director of Dynamic Images International, LLC, which helps encourage young women to lead in corporate America and provides core skills training in customer service, professional development and career advancement. She is also a national speaker and author, offering key insights for business, personal growth, and maximizing potential. Dr. Hairston received an honorary doctorate in public service from Denver Institute of Urban Studies, earned her B.S. in organizational management from Regis University and an M.A. in integrated marketing and communication from Marist College as well as a corporate etiquette certification from the American School of Protocol.
