Meet Our Board Members

Jeff Frederick is Senior HR Business Partner at Inmar Intelligence, where he helps shape HR strategy supporting global operations, employee engagement, leadership development, and a high-performance culture. Previously, he served as senior vice president of global human resources at RTI International, leading HR business partnering, organizational change management, and employee relations across a complex international workforce. He also served on the board of RTI India.

Earlier in his career, Frederick was vice president of human resources at Parker-Hannifin (Purolator Advanced Filtration Group), leading HR strategy across operations in the U.S., Canada, China, Belgium, and Indonesia, and he served as a strategic business partner at Syngenta, where he supported major change initiatives focused on operational and cultural improvement.

Frederick is deeply engaged in workforce and economic development. He is a board member of the National Association of Workforce Boards, immediate past president of the NC Association of Workforce Development Boards, and a commissioner on the NCWorks Commission, advising the governor on workforce initiatives. He has also served as chair of the Durham Workforce Development Board and as a longtime member and former chair of the Guilford County Workforce Development Board.

A North Carolina native, Frederick earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. He lives in Guilford County with his wife and daughter.
