Latisha Glenn brings over 28 years of transformational healthcare leadership, distinguished by her ability to develop innovative solutions, streamline operations, and drive significant organizational growth. Known for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence, she is dedicated to enhancing both patient experiences and operational success.

Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Winston-Salem State University, Latisha’s analytical background has strengthened her approach to problem-solving and strategic management. As the Director of Operations at Novant Health, she oversees the strategic direction of more than two dozen clinics, working closely with executive leadership to align clinical performance with organizational goals.

Her leadership has contributed to substantial growth, including the successful launch of multiple new sites and the expansion of specialty services, resulting in extensive organizational development and financial stability. Latisha’s expertise spans practice optimization, regulatory compliance, staff development, and community engagement, all guided by data and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.

An active community advocate, Latisha serves on various boards and organizations dedicated to leadership, health equity, and community development. Her innovative, collaborative, and inclusive approach continues to inspire teams and elevate healthcare delivery in the communities she serves.
