Meet Our Board Members

Robert A. Boyer – Director of Organizational Development for HAECO Americas, has over 25 years of aviation experience in both the military and commercial sectors. Robert graduated from NC Wesleyan College in 1992 and retired from the NC Air National Guard in 2014 after first serving one tour on Active Duty.   Over the past 17 years with HAECO (formally known as TIMCO), he has held growing positions within HR, Planning and

Operations. Currently, Robert is responsible for offsetting the “Great Resignation” and leading our company from a traditional Talent Acquisition roadmap to a home-grown development model, ensuring our sustainability for the next 25 years while at the same time growing our company substantially. A key part of Robert’s new approach has been developing, solidifying and expanding HAECO’s relationship with GTCC; currently placing over 200 employees annually in classes at their Aviation Campus, with the goal of doubling those numbers in the coming years.

As an appointed WDB Member, Robert would serve as a private sector representative; representing the aviation industry.
