Success Story: Tiffanie Cash

Success Stories

Tiffanie was referred to the NCWorks Career Center in Greensboro by a neighbor. She started in the Adult and Dislocated Worker Program in August 2022.

After facing incarceration and homelessness, Tiffanie needed to find a means to financial security.

“The moment I was sentenced, I began praying for a legal job upon release.”

A New Beginning

Her case manager worked with her to discover career opportunities. Tiffanie received supportive services and financial assistance to attend Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training with A.I.M. Medical Training College (AMTC).

“Definitely come to NCWorks if you really want to change.”

Tiffanie received a job offer with Dedicated Nursing Associates pending the passing of her State Boards.
